Terms and Conditions – Wild George

1. General Information

By booking any activity, tour, or service with Wild George, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all bookings, activities, and use of our website or related services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and the updated version will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Definitions

• “Activity”: Any tour, diving experience, or expedition offered by Wild George.
• “Client/You”: The person or group booking the service.
• “Wild George/We”: Refers to the brand and its representatives.

3. Booking and Payment

• Deposits: A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the activity start date.
• Last-Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 60 days of the activity must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
• Payment Methods: We accept WETRAVEL,PayPal, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. Clients are responsible for any associated transfer fees.
• Failure to Pay: Bookings without full payment by the deadline will be canceled without a refund of the deposit.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations by the Client:
  • More than 60 days before the start date: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
  • 30–59 days before the start date: 50% refund of the total payment.
  • Less than 30 days before the start date: No refunds will be issued.
• Cancellations by Wild George:
  • In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Assumption of Risk

By booking with Wild George, you acknowledge that adventure activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical exertion.
• Weather conditions.
• Interaction with wildlife or remote environments. You agree to participate at your own risk and release Wild George from liability for injuries, losses, or damages.

6. Last-Minute Bookings

• Last-minute reservations (made within 60 days of the activity) require full payment at the time of booking.
• These bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. Medical and Physical Requirements

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations that could affect their participation.
• Wild George reserves the right to decline service if the participant cannot safely partake in the activity.
• Medical insurance covering adventure activities is highly recommended.

8. Independent Activities

Wild George is not responsible for any risks or issues arising from activities not organized directly by us or our approved suppliers.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes:

• Medical coverage.
• Trip cancellations.
• Emergency evacuations.

10. Force Majeure

Wild George is not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as:

• Natural disasters.
• Political unrest.
• Pandemics. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

11. Use of Website and Intellectual Property

• All content on our website is the property of Wild George and cannot be used without permission.
• Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; Wild George is not responsible for their content or services.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected during bookings will be used solely for operational purposes and will not be shared without your consent.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and paying for a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
